AlbiSoft is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Management, Informatics, or equivalent, and will have a proven track record of managing office operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
Office Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily office functions, coordinate facilities, and manage supplies.
Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance; prepare, assist with reports and presentations.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, providing training and performance evaluations.
Financial Management: Oversee office budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements, recommending changes for better performance.
Skills and experience we expect from you
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or a related administrative role at least 3 years
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management and infomatic or equivalent
- Knowledge of IT Sector is a highly desirable
- The English language is a must, and the German language is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and operational readiness
- Ability to suggest improvements
