We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective writing strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Manage contracts and ensure contract compliance.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content for clients across different channels, including social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Experience in social media management, including creating, implementing, and analyzing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and others.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to create and manage a content calendar, develop engaging social media posts, and monitor social media engagement.
