The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work demonstrating their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience working with numerous design platforms such as digital and print forms.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the graphic design of all projects related to promotional and MDA promotional materials.

Responsible for preparing storyboards and/or concept creation for Outreach and Communications projects.

Maintain professional communications with clients and project stakeholders.

Perform other duties as delegated by managers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Ability to work independently with minimal direct oversight.

Direct professional experience in graphic design is required.

Basic knowledge of Web Design such as maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign would be considered an asset)

Ability to work in a time-pressured work environment.

Team player.

Innovative and creative.

Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience.

Professional ability to speak and write in the Albanian and English languages.
