We are currently hiring an experienced Finance Administrator to assist our operations team.
This role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of financial operations while adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Perform payment consolidation and reconcile transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and execution of payments
- Manage records and receipts for the accountant
- Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, proactively communicating with clients to facilitate timely payments.
- Maintain and generate financial reports and analyses to provide insights into the organization’s financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline existing financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial data.
- Interact with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues, answer queries, and provide assistance with financial matters.
- Support the C-suite with projects and tasks when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in financial management
- Strong understanding of financial operations, including invoicing, payment consolidation, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in using accounting software and invoicing platforms like Quickbooks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise in the financial operations.
- Ability to work independently, take self-initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
- Business English knowledge is mandatory
