- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and financial news to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients.
- Proactively network and engage with potential candidates, leveraging various platforms and channels to expand your reach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and achieve collective goals.
- No previous experience or specific degree required – we value passion, drive, and a hunger to succeed!
- Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written, is a fundamental requirement for this position.
- A love for reading and staying informed about financial markets, economic trends, and industry news.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess candidate profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Proactive mindset and self-motivated nature to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional sales skills and the ability to effectively persuade and negotiate with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas and build relationships.
- Ability to work full time from Monday to Friday at our conveniently located office.
